New York woman very insistent you should vote for Amy McGrath
New York City resident Leslie Gibbs wants people to know if she lived in Kentucky she would absolutely vote for Amy McGrath, and she hopes the dumb hicks down there don’t make the mistake of not voting for her.
Gibbs said she’s been a McGrath fan ever since she released her first televised ad and was immediately captivated by the fighter jets and lack of any meaningful policy proposals.
What’s kept her enthralled with the McGrath campaign this entire time, she says, is that McGrath is not, physically speaking, Mitch McConnell.
When asked by The Boondocks Gazette about McGrath positioning herself as a sort of “pro-Trump” Democrat and whether that would affect Gibbs’ full-throated support of the former Marine fighter pilot she said “Oh, I guess you want Mitch McConnell to win!”
Gibbs also accused Senate candidate Charles Booker, whose campaign has gained momentum in recent days, of trying to steal the election from McGrath because she, as Gibbs explained, was the only one who could beat McConnell.
In a factcheck, The Gazette was unable to find definitive proof that McGrath was uniquely qualified to beat McConnell. We inquired with McGrath’s campaign if she was in possession of some mystical talisman, such as a monkey’s paw, that would allow her to win the election but received no comment.
The Gazette pointed out that primary elections exist and Kentucky voters will have a chance to determine who the Democratic candidate will be but Gibbs drowned out this reporter by sticking her fingers in her ears and going “LALALALALA CAN’T HEAR YOU.”
At the time of press, Gibbs was making a $20 donation to McGrath’s campaign. She joins the exclusive club of 96 percent of McGrath’s donors that are out of state.
